Board of Directors

The Revenew Systems Board of Directors is made up of seasoned executives from Telecom and Technology industries with extensive experience in launching and growing businesses:

Nasrin Thierer

Ms Thierer is the founder and an investor in Revenew Systems. In 2002, Thierer founded Revenew Partners, leveraging her experience in channel marketing across a variety of companies in technology sectors including Internet software, cellular phones, two-way radio products and systems, and consumer electronics.

Previously, as a general manager and executive at Motorola, she successfully launched and managed several global businesses that ranged from $5M - $80M in annual sales. She managed large technology, marketing, and business development teams and was a recognized leader in the creation of innovative products and marketing solutions for multiple Motorola businesses and sectors, including the Radio Products Group, Radius, TalkAbout Consumer Radios, Spirit Professional Radios, and On-site Paging Group. Each of businesses relied on indirect channels of distribution from product sales.

Merle Gilmore

Mr. Gilmore is a director and investor in Revenew Systems. He is also currently an Industrial Partner with Ripplewood Holdings, a New York-based private equity firm with over $10B in investments. Prior to Ripplewood Holdings, he was a Motorola Senior Executive responsible for the Communications Group with sales of $24 billion and over 80,000 employees. Mr. Gilmore was also a former Executive Chairman of D & M Holdings, a Japanese-base consumer electronics company focused on high-end home theatre segment with the brands Denon, Marantz, Boston Acoustics and McIntosh.

Michael Seedman

Mr. Seedman is a director and investor in Revenew Systems. He is also an entrepreneur and investor in several technology start-ups including a company he founded and grew to over $80 million in revenue before selling it to Hayes Modem. Mr. Seedman was a former Senior Executive at US Robotics and was largely responsible for the company’s 20 times revenue growth and 5 to 60% market share growth leading to its sale to 3Com. Mr. Seedman also participates on multiple public and private boards.
